Data obtained from you in connection with this text messaging service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages and other information you provide to Plumbing On Demand as part of this service. Plumbing On Demand may use this information to contact you and provide services you request from Plumbing On Demand.
 

Maximum number of messages per month will vary based on the subscription list you’ve enrolled in and/or the number of purchases you make. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “STOP” to the text message. You will receive a text confirming that you have been unsubscribed from Plumbing On Demand ’s text message list. Free or “No Cost” Assessments - Requests for a visit from a third-party Plumber within our network. Free or No cost means there is no charge from us, Plumbing On Demand. We will process your request at no charge as a courtesy to you as our customer. Our Free “assessment” is considered a visual assessment only, and is not guaranteed any labor or work to be performed at no charge. It is each Plumbers inherit interest to sell services at their price to you the customer. Any actual plumbing services rendered by the plumber will be charged to you by the plumber and their company.

Appointment Reservations - Requests to reserve a specific time to have a third-party Plumber within our network come out to you for any particular “service” listed on our website. The listed price for our reservation “services” is payment for us, Plumbing On Demand, to process your request and arrange a visit at your chosen time with a Plumber in our network. Any payment to Plumbing on Demand is non-refundable. This payment indicates to us that you are a committed customer that is respectful and appreciative of any Plumber’s time to travel to you.

However, any “appointment reservations” are only to have the Plumber do a free visual inspection of your plumbing issues, and is not guaranteed any labor or work to be performed. It is each Plumbers inherit interest to sell their services at their price to you the customer. Any actual plumbing services rendered by the Plumber will be charged to you by the Plumber and their company.

As a courtesy to you as our customer, Plumbing On Demand has an arrangement with each third-party Plumber, to give you the customer an automatic discount equal to the “appointment reservation” price for any plumbing services.
